Design Thinking
Design Thinking
CTLabs has been doing Design Thinking work since 1998. We fell in love with the methodology when we first saw it – it made sense and continues to make sense. Over the years, we have integrated ‘pieces’ of many other frameworks to bolster areas we found to be weak, and the result is the CT (Collaborative Transformation™) methodology we use today.
Our design-thinking approach is based on five interconnected and iterative phases:
We work with clients “where they are at” and engage with the right stakeholders to accelerate results and mitigate any human factors risks associated with the implementation of action plans.
